Pin Point Accuracy provides legal document preparation services only and is not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice or represent clients in court. Customers are responsible for reviewing all documents before signing or filing them and for providing complete and accurate information.
Car rental services
Renters must have a valid driver’s license, meet all eligibility requirements, maintain any required insurance, and use the vehicle responsibly. Vehicles must be returned on time and in the same condition, excluding normal wear and tear. Renters are responsible for any traffic violations, tolls, damage, or unauthorized use during the rental period.
We expect all customers to communicate respectfully, provide truthful information, and comply with all applicable laws and the terms of our service agreements.
Prohibited actions and behaviors
To protect our business, employees, vehicles, and customers, Pin Point Accuracy strictly prohibits certain actions. Violation of these terms may result in service refusal, termination, and potential legal consequences.

- Asking us to prepare or assist with illegal or fraudulent activities.

- Using a rental vehicle for illegal activities, racing, towing (unless authorized), off-road driving, or transporting prohibited items.
- Allowing unauthorized drivers to operate a rental vehicle.
- Smoking, vaping, or using illegal drugs inside rental vehicles.
- Returning a rental vehicle excessively dirty, damaged, or without the agreed-upon fuel level, unless otherwise specified in the rental agreement.
Customers who violate these rules may have their services refused or terminated and may be responsible for any resulting damages, fees, or legal consequences.
Dispute resolution
At Pin Point Accuracy, we are committed to providing excellent customer service and resolving concerns fairly and professionally. If a customer has an issue with a legal document service or a car rental, we encourage them to contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation and work toward a reasonable solution.
Legal document services
For legal document services, we will review any concerns regarding document preparation and, if appropriate, correct clerical errors at no additional charge. Because we rely on information provided by the customer, customers are responsible for ensuring the information they provide is accurate and complete.
Car rental services
For car rentals, customers should report any accident, damage, mechanical issue, or other concern immediately. We will investigate the matter and work with the customer to resolve it in accordance with the rental agreement and applicable law.
We strive to resolve disputes through open communication and good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedies.
